Effective September 17, 2026

At Promptless, accessible from gopromptless.ai, your privacy is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of personal information that is collected and recorded by Promptless and how we use it.

By using our website and services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Promptless, the products and features you use, and the configuration selected by you or your organization.

Account and organization information

We collect information used to create and administer accounts and organizations, including your name, work email address, organization name, role, authentication identifiers, account preferences, and organization membership. Organization administrators may provide information about users they invite to the Services.

Billing and commercial information

If you purchase the Services, we collect billing contacts, subscription and plan information, transaction records, and related commercial information. Payment-card information may be collected and processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Promptless.

Customer Content

We collect content that you, your organization, or your authorized users submit to or create through the Services. Depending on the features used, Customer Content may include documentation, configuration files, instructions, prompts, uploaded files, screenshots, generated drafts and suggestions, comments, approvals, feedback, and other materials provided while using the Services.

Information obtained from services that you connect to Promptless is described separately under “Connected Services and Customer Content.”

Communications

We collect information you provide when you contact us, request support, schedule a demonstration, participate in product research, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with Promptless. This may include the contents of your communication and related contact information.

Usage and technical information

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect information about your interaction with them. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages and features accessed, actions performed, referring URLs, timestamps, session information, diagnostic information, error reports, and security logs.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand use of our website and Services, measure the effectiveness of communications, and protect against fraud or misuse. Additional information appears under “Cookies and Tracking Technologies.”

Information from other sources

We may receive information from organization administrators, authentication providers, payment providers, analytics providers, business partners, and services that you choose to connect to Promptless. The information received depends on the source, your configuration, and the permissions granted.

2. Connected Services and Customer Content

You or your organization may connect Promptless to third-party services. When a service is connected, Promptless receives the information that the connection and its granted permissions make available. Depending on the service, this may include account and workspace identifiers, user profile information, repositories and change history, source code, documentation and files, messages and conversations, issues and support tickets, comments, attachments, and related metadata. We refer to this information as "Connected-Service Content."

We use Connected-Service Content to provide the features requested by you or your organization. This may include monitoring configured events, retrieving relevant context, identifying documentation or instruction changes, generating suggestions, performing actions that users request or approve, maintaining integrations, providing support, and protecting the security and reliability of the Services.

We may disclose Connected-Service Content to service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, infrastructure, and artificial-intelligence service providers. These providers may process the information only to perform services for Promptless and are subject to contractual restrictions. We do not sell Connected-Service Content or use it for advertising.

We restrict access to Connected-Service Content using technical and organizational controls. Authorized personnel may access it when necessary to provide support, investigate security or reliability issues, comply with law, or perform other activities authorized by you or your organization.

We retain Connected-Service Content for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, satisfy the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Disconnecting a third-party service prevents Promptless from receiving new information through that connection, but may not automatically delete information previously processed or retained by Promptless. You may request deletion of retained information by contacting help@gopromptless.ai.
